Our well established office is looking for a highly qualified and skilled front office coordinator ! The position requires attention to detail, self-motivation, positive thinking, excellent communication skills in person/ on phone, and problem solving skills. Must have front office experience. We have a long established team that likes to treat our patients like family. We currently have 4 assistants, 2 hygienist, 2 dentist, 1 insurance coordinator, 1 patient coordinator and 1 office manager. Due to the high demand of our office, we are looking to add a front desk position to help with checking patients out, scheduling, insurance, treatment planning and anything that falls inside the front desk duties We are a privately owned office that offers health insurance, 401k matching, bonus system. Most of our staff have been with our office for 10 to 30 years. We want someone who will contribute to our fun work environment. Open Monday- Thursday 8-4, taking a short lunch to get out early.
