Non-corporate office looking for TWO full time Registered Dental Assistants. Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 to 5:00 Fridays - 8:00 to 12:00 Accommodations can be made for 3 and 4 day weekends and working from home Up to three weeks paid time off a year FIRST OPENING - Experienced RDA looking to develop or utilize their front office skills. ON SOME MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME ONCE YOU ARE TRAINED IN THE FRONT OFFICE Two years of experience preferred but not necessary. Starting Minimum Compensation - $24.00 / hour - Negotiable. Job Description and Time Allocation – ~ 70% -- Dental Assisting All relevant chairside activities Operatory setup, cleaning and sterilization Patient interviews and charting ~ 30% -- Front Office Patient and referring office communications Treatment Co-Ordination Patient Check In / Check Out Insurance Verification Ordering and Inventory Management SECOND OPENING - Registered Dental Assistant - No dental experience necessary Starting Minimum Compensation - $20.00 / hour - Negotiable Job Description – All relevant chairside activities Patient charting Operatory setup, cleaning and sterilization Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE CROSS TRAINED IN THE FRONT OFFICE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME ON SOME MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS Competitive compensation and benefits for both positions based on clinical, RDA and other work experience.
