Description

I have a private practice located in Katy that is in need of a new front desk person. The position available is for a hygiene coordinator. The applicant would be responsible for making sure that the hygienist schedule is booked to goal daily and that any holes that occur in the schedule are filled. The position also would involve checking patients out and collecting balances due at check out. Verifying insurances for the hygiene patients, answering phones and filing of charts are also duties that would need to be done. In other words the ability to multitask is needed. Our front desk works as a team where everyone helps out each other.
