Our privately-owned growing family practice is adding a patient care coordinator to our team. We need someone detail-oriented with front office experience that is able to coordinate the doctor and hygiene schedules. The position is for 4-5 days a week. Qualifications and knowledge must include: - Insurance verification - Excellent attitude, customer service, and phone communication skills - Dentrix proficiency - Facilitate new patient appointments and maintain a productive schedule - Detailed and timely processing of insurance claims - Strong ability to coordinate treatment plans and present them effectively Compensation is commensurate to the candidate’s skills and abilities.
